How to: Get out of a Reactive Leadership State. Pivot to a more positive state of being.

A Reactive Leadership state of being is the pits…literally. The pit of protection, where we spend all day distancing ourselves in arrogance, overly critical of others and everything, proving ourselves right again and again.

I don’t need to tell you how toxic a reactive state can be. I am sure that you have seen it firsthand at some point in your career. Moreover, you know just how destructive this style of leadership is on the cohesiveness of a team and the less-than-ideal business results.

A “victim mentality” never did anybody any good. Your mindset cannot be contained; it will spill over onto your team. Soon, they become victims, too.

I encourage anyone who is stuck in Reactive Leadership to do everything in their power to move out of that state of being and into Creative Leadership as soon as possible.

This is the place that uplifts sophistication, influence, and impact. Here is where confidence and curiosity lead, instead of insecurity and isolation. A Creative Leadership style is peaceful and proactive. 10/10 would recommend.

Just email me if you need help getting there.

Yours in creative collaboration and coaching,

Jen
