We’re blog building, baby.

We’re writing about anything and everything about being a next-level leader.

How’s it going?

For factors beyond my control, I’ve had to wait patiently for my lifelong personal project to come to fruition. For the last several years, I have been planning and building a cozy little hideaway and future forever residence in the scenic scrubs of Texas, between Dallas and Austin.

It helps to have an engineer in the family, so the plans feel oh-so-us. One of the reasons that I am so excited is to finally have one place to put all of my books (which are currently stacked in nearly every nook and cranny! 📚🤷‍♀️📚).

If you know me at all, then you know how much I love books. The feel of a hardcover sliding open underneath my hands and the pages bringing forth knowledge, power, and enchantment…<slow whistle>… there’s nothing like it for a dyed-in-the-wool bibliophile.

And while that “library” is far from “shelves lined with great writers from near and far, past and present,” I can build a digital one right here at 304.

So, I’m chiming in your inbox with a message for anyone who loves to read blog posts, thought leadership, pro-tips, and best practices around the art of leading a high performing team.

Come meet the knowledge library we are building around neuroscience and language of leadership.

What Else Could Be True? is the monthly blog that delivers an overview of neuroscience and the language of leadership to scale performance, employee satisfaction, and team cohesion.

Read approachable posts in 5 minutes or less about the power of progressive leadership, learning vanguard brain-positive language that inspires collaboration, and innovation—because no one ever changed the world with the way things have always been done.

Yours in a love of reading and a culture of content,

Jen
