Sharing the good news about some cool honors.
I made the list. It was very cool to be featured in The Women Leaders online magazine as one of the “20 Most Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs”.
I loved this feature because it gave me a chance to share my vision for the future of leadership.
My main message? If you got your leadership style from your boss and their boss before them, it’s probably time for a mindset shift.
Be sure and check out all of the other Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs that made the list. I loved reading their features as they champion their unique perspective and problem-solving. I learned so much about what other leading-edge ladies are working on and their stories have encouraged me to keep building in that community.
